The Misunderstood Words

A Poem

Just because
I write like a poet
doesn’t mean
that you read me
like a poet.

My poems can’t be understood by all I know this, but when the writer is writing for himself it hardly matters, most of the time we are answering our own questions.
It’s a war in poet’s mind which has to be won each day. It’s never easy to be a poet but always easy to write those words which keep murmuring inside. Most of the time we write to survive.
