DO ONE THING WELL

When you work in a start up it’s difficult to stick to this headline’s advice.

Instead, you have to do many things well, and do the one thing you started the company up for in the first place… very well.

It’s something to think about if you’re gonna take the ‘leap’ as some people say. Because, for a while at least, you’re gonna be sales, comms, accounts, socialiser, cleaner, the thing you set the company up for in the first place…

You get the picture.

Do LOTS of things well, just make sure you never stop honing the one thing that started the start up thing in the first place.
