The LCB wants your feedback on draft rules related to the Cannabis Social Equity Program (WAC 314–55–570).

The current draft rules have been revised to incorporate feedback from stakeholder engagement sessions and the informal public comment period. At this time, the draft rules have not been finalized. To view the current draft rules, please click here.

Participation is voluntary, but we value your feedback! Your responses to the survey will help make further improvements and shape the program. The estimated time for this survey will take between 15 and 30 minutes.
