Cyber Sprint Notes #7

Covering 15–28 June 2021
Welcome back to our Cyber Sprint Notes, an opportunity to catch up on the progress of the Local Digital Cyber team.
Cyber Health
The Cyber Health team have now received the Alpha Assessment Report and are reviewing the recommendations so that we can plan appropriate next steps.
In parallel with this, we are developing content to link guidance to relevant topics and questions.
Work has also begun on developing a strategy for information sharing with existing services, and we are engaging with the Public Service Network (PSN) on integration options and feasibility.
This sprint, we undertook user research that covered content testing around the following areas:
- Question structure and format of the questions
- User understanding of specific terminology/phrases
- True to life answers for specific questions
Cyber Support
Cyber Treatment Plans
The Cyber Support team is continuing to provide support, guidance and hands-on assistance to councils to implement the Cyber Treatment Plans.
A second Cyber Treatment Plan progress review with 24 of the project cohort is now scheduled, and sessions will take place between 5 and 16 July 2021.
We’re also continuing to engage with the four additional councils for a detailed view of their current cyber position.
Support artefacts
The cyber support artefacts are now in a format suitable for a shared public website, which will be available for all councils to access from 5 July. The artefacts are based on best practices, support, guidance and the remediation needs of the council cohort participating in the cyber workshops.
