Alpha Live Issues Update

We cannot thank you enough for helping us over the past month to diagnose and solve the live streaming issues we had in February. We’re happy to report that Alpha has been stable over the last three weeks and believe that we have fixed most of the persistent live programming issues.

As promised, we are giving active Alpha members (as of February 28th, 2017) a comped month. Please note that the next time you are billed, you will see a $4.99 USD discount applied to your invoice. In other words, you’ll be billed per usual, but a credit will be applied to offset the charge.
