Chat Mentions Released in Alpha

Hi!

Today’s product release contained mostly security and CMS enhancements, but we squeezed in a pretty cool improvement. Username mentions in chat are now available 0n Alpha!

If you’d like to mention someone in a chat room just type @username and that user will see his or her name highlighted in chat, which makes it much easier to see when someone wants to chat with you directly. Once you begin typing the username, you’ll notice that Alpha chat will automatically suggest matching usernames.

It’s a feature many members have been asking for and we’re happy to deliver it.
