The SaaS KPIs dashboard we are using at 1001menus (for startups with telesales teams)
Following key KPIs is crucial for SaaS startups, this is a way for entrepreneurs to understand the dynamics of their business and share them with their teams and investors.
I have built this dashboard based on Christoph Janz’s SaaS KPI dashboard (thank you!), which I have adapted for our needs. This is the one we are using at 1001menus to track our progresses every month.
- added the notion of booked demos and done demos, which is important for us because we have a telesales team and not all the booked demos are actually done
- added the number of demos per month per channel to track marketing and cold calling monthly performance
- added a few conversion rates between the stages of our sales and marketing funnel
