Wisdom Kaye commanded the room at the 2024 Met Gala in custom Robert Wun, outdressing leaf dress clad co-chairs and reminding everybody how to show up to the party.
The pair first collaborated when Kaye walked in Wun’s Spring/Summer 2024 show.
Wun, a Hong Kong-born force who took the couture world by storm, injected life onto the green carpet when he dressed Kaye in a flaming red suit and hat ensemble, reminiscent of Wun’s Spring/Summer 2023 Scorched Bride dress. The collaboration puts Kaye, a high fashion digital media producer, at the helm of technology and haute couture, as a new wave of creators redesign what the Met Gala looks like.
