Appear.in for all online conversations/interview.

Shiftit for organising app windows on screen with just a shortcut.

KeyCastr for showing students what shortcuts you use as you use them.

Keynote for presentation (way better than Powerpoint)

Meetup for setting up public event (but we usually duplicate event on facebook).

Slack for community management with Simple Poll add-on for surveys.

Claquette to record your screen and easily transform in animated gif.

Claquette costs US$9,99 on mac appstore but a free equivalent would be a combo of Quicktime app & Cloudconvert
