{VIDEO} The Way Dreams Become Reality

We’re back at it this week with a new episode of LeadersCreateLeaders and I’m really excited to share two inspiring and awesome entrepreneurs with you — Jake Paul and Dan Fleyshman.

Jake Paul is known for his goofball antics on Vine making him famous (currently, he has 5 million followers), leading to landing a role with Disney, and ultimately, revealing for himself that he wanted to become an entrepreneur. After supporting other companies with his talents and humor, he realized he’d rather be paying himself rather than building someone else’s brand and waiting for the check. At 19, he’s one of the most hardworking and motivated teenagers I’ve ever met. Jake is launching his first app called Locker Room and is in the thick of the race to grow, scale, and secure more funding. He’s a living example of the wave of Millennial creators that I’m so psyched to be supporting and showcasing.

In this episode, Jake attends an elevator night (5 minute pitches for funding to a room of investors) in LA hosted by Dan Fleyshman. Dan is well-known as having been the youngest CEO of a publicly traded company ever, and he has subsequently used social media to launch over 25 companies, the latest being 1st Slice Media.

Both of these guys are doing great things, and paving the way for other people to witness the kind of all-in attitude that’s required of you as an entrepreneur, rather than a wantrepreneur. They’re living and breathing it.

You’ll learn tons from this episode about the importance of networking, real life stories of success, and how taking it one day at a time leads to growth more quickly.
