Some religious leaders have said that Jesus Christ is the greatest leader that ever lived.

According to the bible, he spread the gospel across the world just by picking and training 12 men.

Here are 12 leadership patterns Jesus Christ taught while he was on earth.

1. He understood the vision and mission of the organisation he represented (John 6:38, John 8:23, John 12:49).

2. He empowered his followers to make impact (John 14:12, John 20:21, John 17:18).

3. Jesus communicated the vision of his organisation using simple stories (Mathew 13: 1–9, 24–30, 31–32).

4. He understood timing and purpose (John 2:4, John 18:36, John 13:1).

5. He served his followers and thought them to do the same (Mark 9:35, John 13:4–5, John 14–17)

6. Jesus sought for feedback from his team (Mark 8:27–29).

7. He understood the needs of his followers (Mark 8:1–3).

8. He taught his team to be law abiding (Matthew 17:24–27).

9. He understood how to allot his time for personal development (Mark 1:35, Matthew 14:23, Luke 9:28).

10. He critically analysed trends and predicted future events. (John 13:21, Mark 8:31).

11. He was a solution provider (John 2:1–11).

12. He always saw possibility (Mark 9:39–43).
