2. Proactive leaders create structures to manage and cushion the effects of the outcome.
3. They train, assign and mandate teams to handle outcomes, while constantly communicating the vision to everyone.
4. They fine-tune communication/reporting channels for issues to be escalated.
5. Proactive leaders set up a monitoring system that evaluates initial expectations and outcomes with a view to determining how it impacts on the overall growth, output and general economy of the organization.
6. Proactive leaders prepare for unexpected outcomes by creating a back-up plan to cushion its effect.
