When change, or crisis impacts an organisation a new normal is established.

Not all aspects of a new normal are defined, which gives space for opportunities to define what the new normal looks like.

Whilst some paralyse during times of change, see it as a time of opportunity and a chance to make a difference. Create the new normal.

Be proactive and empowered, ask for forgiveness rather than permission.
