Make space for you

Bite sized leadership advice

Leadership is tough, make space to be a great leader.

Carve out time to do the small things that you know you should do to be a great leader, and practice, practice practice.

It takes time and energy to create new habits, but much less to maintain them once we have them.

Take a harsh look at your busy schedule and spot the spare time you have for yourself, or to practice your leadership skills so that they become habits, part of what you do as a (more) inspiring leader.

No time, no gain.

We are not going to make smart choices if we are suffering from Chronic Stress and are just trying to survive our world. To be a better leader you need to invest in you.

Create the space to do that, take small steps that can be repeated often to create habits which are easy to maintain as they become part of you.

Still think you have no time … there are 24 hours in *every* day, how you spend them is up to you. You have the pen on where your time and energy goes. You get what you choose.

Find the space, be a better leader for you, your team and your friends and family.
