Bite sized leadership advice

Help your communications be ‘sticky’ and memorable, be succinct and fit into three words that you can repeat; communicate, communicate, communicate.

Create a memorable phrase that you can repeat, repeat, repeat. Whether you take inspiration from Nikes ‘just do it!’ or ‘Beanz Meanz Heinz’.

It could be a measures based rallying cry; “3 in 20” (3% increase in 2020) or “do the right thing” (OK that was four words, but you get the idea).

These small simple and impactful statements are more memorable and more likely to remain in our memory, especially if used repeatedly.

Pick words that go well together and that are easy to say as a phrase. Action words work well as a call to action, giving a sense of ‘doing’.

Simplify, pick three words, repeat, repeat, repeat!
