Bite sized leadership advice

There are 24 hours in every day. How you choose to spend them is up to you.

You choose where you give your time away to.

Take accountability for who and what you give your time to.

Not enough sleep, not enough time to think, not enough time to spend with the family? Work out where you are gifting your time too.

You can’t get time back, once it is gone, it is gone.

How you spend your time tells those around you what you prioritise.

Take a moment to write down what you want to prioritise, then map it to the hours you spend on it.

Remember to invest in you. To be the best leader, you need to be the best you.

Time to work smarter, not harder. Stop doing the things that you don’t need to do, or don’t make your heart sing.

Being inspiring is a deliberate act and takes time and effort to nurture. Be kind to you!
