A Simple Way to Tell If You Have a Good Strategy.

Knowing if you’ve developed a good or bad strategy, before implementing it, isn’t easy. I use a sentence to remind myself of everything that I need to consider to create a well-formed strategy. You can use this regardless of your area or level within an organization to create better strategies and outcomes.
