Make the change you want to see in the world.

Have diverse speakers including people of colour and all genders. Let them speak about the tech they love, and not just what it’s like to be a minority.

Stop making women lean in to a hostile culture. If people are leaving a culture it’s because the culture needs to change. The only way to change it is to win the hearts and change the minds of the majority.

It’s really that simple.
