As a new month begins, we would like to bring to our leaders a dose of authenticity while they navigate through the virtual world!
We interviewed our fellow organisational psychologist Benedikt Laumann who currently conducts seminars on Leadership and Communication at the UCL School of Management. Benedikt explains what it means to be a “Authentic” leader in today’s world, and the importance of building improvisation skills.
