Here are LeadWise, we help you transform the workplace. We want you and those you work with you do your best work and be your best selves. We, like you, want to change traditional work cultures that run on hierarchies and false power.

To change work cultures, we need to develop new leadership skills — skills different than the traditional ones that have gotten us thus far.

So, we’ve teamed up with pioneering collective Enspiral to launch LeadWise Academy’s Practical Self-Management Intensive.

Self-management is a never-ending process of learning — about the broader functions of an organization, our own capacity and confidence to step into roles and collaboration and trust.

The Intensive is a 5-week immersive online course (April 3 — May 5) designed to give you the practical tools and knowledge to up your leadership game.

Guided by an experienced Coach — Susan Basterfield — you’ll work with a small group of like-minded changemakers through live sessions, group and personal work.

Each week, you’ll dive into different topics that will lay the foundation for your self-management development:

  • Week 1 — Agency: Creating your own self-managed organization
  • Week 2 — Relatedness: Social contracts, agreements, and feedback
  • Week 3 — Autonomy: Your personal growth edge — becoming deliberately developmental
  • Week 4 — Generosity and Appreciation — the world is conspiring to amplify your purpose
  • Week 5 — Service: Serve to lead — creating experiments and prototypes

By the end, you’ll be able to implement your learnings at your workplace with ease.

If you’re looking to be the leader the future needs, our Practical Self-Management Intensive is for you.

You’ll expand and deepen your understanding of self-management.

You’ll learn the tools that provide the technological backbone to make self-management possible across different locations.

You’ll create and deliver real world processes based on the tenets of self-management.

In addition, you’ll develop relationships with like-minded leaders from around the world.

Ready to join?

The Intensive will run April 3 — May 5. Applications are open and the early decision deadline is March 17.

Make sure to apply before then to be considered and take advantage of a special launch offer.
