Leaf wins the Blue Elephant for Lokmat Brand Space Design

We continued our winning streak from last year by bringing home yet another Blue Elephant at the Kyoorius Design Awards 2016 for our work in Brand Environment design for Lokmat Media under the common category of “Design for Space”. The Blue Elephant is recognised as a symbol of the very highest creative achievement. Awarded for excellence in spatial design, this recognition applauds the strategic thinking we put together for Wayfinding & Environmental Graphics for the Lokmat headquarters.
Lokmat, the largest read regional language newspaper in India and the №1 Marathi newspaper in Maharashtra & Goa states is built on the ethos that the smallest voice and opinion be heard, valued and respected. Our aim was to embed the power of this voice into the office work environment; to connect stakeholders with the impact they make in the society; and empower Lokmat to reinstate its own unique culture. We brought each space alive as a catalyst for embedding the values and voice of the Company. From local pride in Devnagari script to a love for letterpress, the concept office was a bold departure.
