Human thoughts have a pattern to them. When these patterns begin to limit our ability to think objectively, we tend to fall into a trap that influences most of our actions, reactions, and responses.

We Lean In — Women In Tech India are excited about our next event “Identifying Thinking Traps & Building Resiliency”, hosted by FYLE on 27th July 2019, 3 PM onwards.

Join us and learn to identify these traps and build a mechanism to counter them to lead a successful and more fulfilling life.

Our Speakers:

SMITHA RAO: Facilitator / Coach at The Painted Sky.

Smitha Rao has over 15 years of experience in the field of HRM and over 6 years in the space of Learning and Development. She currently works as a Senior Facilitator at The Painted Sky and facilitates workshops in areas of Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Team Building, Creative Thinking & Problem Solving, and Presentation skills.

As a practitioner of Transactional Analysis (TA) in Psychotherapy and Organizational Development and as an Executive Coach, Smitha has spent over five years interacting with people helping them understand their own strengths & limitations and finding ways to work around it.

She is also trained in experiential theater movements like ‘Theater of the Oppressed’ and “Creative Movement Therapy” and uses concepts of TA, NLP, Theater and Art to make her workshops and coaching sessions creative, interesting and result oriented.

PRATIMA RAO: Customer Success Lead at FYLE

PRATIMA RAO: Customer Success Lead at FYLE

Currently working as Customer Success Lead at Fyle, Pratima ensures Fyle’s customers make the most out of their product. She is helping Fyle’s customers become unsung heroes with ‘Quick reimbursement’ as their superpower.

She completed her PGDM from IMT-Ghaziabad and started her journey with Tupperware India. She played a key role in automating the complex incentive program at Tupperware, which is the backbone of any Direct Selling industry. The role demanded juggling a lot between the cross-functional teams to get things done.

To climb up the career ladder, she searched for a role where she could be a part of a dynamic team in a different industry with a steep learning curve. Fyle offered that and much more. She’s tripping on this joy ride for more than a year now, helping Fyle grow from 20 to 50 (and counting!).

She will be sharing about her journey from a Product Manager for an in-house app to a Customer Success Lead in a B2B SaaS Company.
