Madhusudhan Rao

Madhusudhan is a part of Oracle Startup Cloud Accelerator working as in-house Technical Mentor helping startup companies in Oracle Cloud Adoption and working on Technology Architecture. He specialize in various cloud
technologies across all the layers of Software, Platform and Cloud Infrastructure. His key area of focus has been getting startups on boarded on Oracle Cloud, helping Startups and Oracle Customers to leverage best in class
Oracle Public Cloud Platform to run their Business and Technology. He has successfully helped Oracle Customers and Startups to migrate from AWS, Google, IBM and Microsoft Azure into Oracle Cloud.

Previously he was part of Oracle Europe, Middle East and North America Technology Sales Engineering Organization. He has been at Oracle for last 10 years and working in IT industry for over 17 years. As a technology
Sales engineer he has contributed on many million deals working with more than 400+ Oracle customer & Partners. He brings Oracle’s Value selling techniques, Enterprise Architecture practice and leadership qualities into his
customer engagements.

Before joining Oracle he was Technical Manager in HCL Technologies and Product Manager in SRIT. He has also authored Book on Oracle BPM for Financial services. During his free time loves to write blogs on various
technologies including Oracle cloud.

She is one of the Founder members of the Oracle Accelerator program. Simi is motivated, results-oriented and successful Senior Manager with successful track record of over 18 years in Oracle. Navratan Katariya

Navratan Katariya

Navratan Katariya has an experience of setting up 14 new businesses for companies he worked for and 2 of his own, over 2 plus decades. Domains have been renewable energy and engineering. He started and led the solar vertical of the largest solar EPC company in India, and the largest solar module manufacturer in India.

He is now a startup and energy consultant and serving as Director, Entrepreneurship at Centre of Excellence, Internet of Things (COE-IoT), NASSCOM, Bangalore.

He also introduced the concept of carpooling in June 2000 and ran a not for profit carpool Bangalore group. He loves to travel, spends time for conflict management, social impact areas and mentors enthusiasts!

Salma Moosa

Salma Moosa

Salma Moosa is the Founder and Managing Director at Startups Club. She has over 20 years of experience in mentoring startups and providing them business solutions. She is now a Speaker who addresses aspiring, budding & established entrepreneurs from across the world on Execution & Sales in all stages. She has built companies and ensured growth and sustainability. She is found hand holding and mentoring startups all round the clock and helping them in the area of strategy and business growth. She has co-authored the book — A Thought to a Million Dollars with her co-founder Vivek Srinivisan.

Rashmi Mohan:

Rashmi Mohan

Rashmi Mohan is a technologist and an engineer. She is co-founder at En Trio Partners and works with startups on visualising, developing and giving wings to their product idea while also assisting larger companies with their digital transformation journeys. Until recently, Rashmi was a Senior Engineering Manager at Yahoo Labs in Bangalore. She has spent 19 years in various technical and management roles in the industry. She has a background in front-end engineering and leads a group of scientist and engineers within Yahoo Labs. Her work involved working with researchers and applied scientists in building prototypes and proof of concepts of the most cutting-edge idea being developed in the labs. She lives the journey of taking these ideas from research to products every day. She previously worked in User Data and Analytics group at Yahoo working reporting applications.

Rashmi is particularly interested in the cause of promoting and encouraging women and students in technology to aspire and reach greater heights in their careers. Her new area of focus is public policy and governance around usage of AI in emerging communities. She is the ACM India council secretary and is activities involved in the CS community. Rashmi has previously been associated with Grace Hopper conference in Bangalore for five years as a mentor, advisory committee member and founding member of the all-women Hackathon. She has led the conference as program chair in the past as well. Rashmi was a mentor at the Oracle Startup cloud accelerator. She is a prolific public speaker and was recently invited to ted Chennai. Rashmi has bachelor’s degree in computer science from Santa Clara University

Ravindra M.K is a senior management professional, thought leader and Influencer with over 13 years of experience. His experience and expertise has added a lot of value to Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Community Management, Sales, Business Development, HR, Finance, CRM, Public Relations, Relationship Management, Fundraising, Events, Startup Ecosystem, Real Estate, IT, Operations, Consulting, Analyst, Project Management, Angel investing, Speaker, Writer, Visiting faculty and Training. He is a writer, mentor and believes in networking with people.

Ravindra successfully ran teams, profit centres & SBUs managing P/L. Being a startup founder, played an instrumental role in building the organisation from scratch & have been responsible for developing strategic plans for business growth, scaling, branding, customer success, customer engagement, customer retention, market expansion, building company culture, product development and technology adaption. He has led teams of diverse employees and has a proven track record in building teams, best practices, new revenue streams & delivering business results.
