Lean In started when Liya wanted a way to share her stories from the female perspective — a place where specific stories and articles could be housed that highlight what it means to be female-identifying in today’s world.

Please read the guidelines below in order to be considered. We can’t wait to read your stories and pieces!

Submission Guidelines for Lean In

What we accept

  1. Stories and articles related to being female-identifying. These can be personal, fiction, or non-fiction!

  1. Hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated, along with the use of slurs of any kind.
