I’ll admit it, when someone says they want to do a webinar training, I cringe!

Why?

One-touch experience. After producing more than 250 online courses in different formats (including webinars), I know that people end the webinar feeling very excited, but after a few days, they forget about why they attended and have not made any progress.

But, it can work, and the Founder Gym is proof.

“Founder Gym is the first online program for underrepresented founders. Via 6-week virtual cohorts, Founder Gym trains underrepresented founders on how to raise capital to scale their tech startups.”

What makes the Founder Gym a successful webinar training program?

The program has learning outcomes that directly align with the needs of their audience. “FG Graduates are equipped with the knowledge, network, and know-how to successfully raise their first rounds of funding and scale their startups.

2. They used exclusivity to create an experience that is only available to a select few. The application process is several rounds.

3. The quality of guest speakers is diverse, and they are well known in their field. Most of the students would not have access to them without the Founder Gym.

4. The engagement goes beyond the webinars. Students have assignments and clear direction on next steps.

The price is right! It’s expensive enough to hold value but affordable for a growing entrepreneur. In other words, people believe the $2,000 investment is what will take their startup to the next level.

They are data-driven and use data to grow their training program.

Last, and arguably the most important — the training program has a purpose. And it’s a purpose that attracts many other organizations and experts that want to contribute in some way.
