“My experience with Learn N Share ”-Jeshika

Hello everyone! I am Jeshika Sapkota, an IT student and member of the Learn N Share organization.

Learn N Share is a new name to everyone and many do not know about this organization. But to those who know about this organization will say that this is the best platform for every IT student. This organization assists you to uplift your career and learn many new things and implement them practically.

The motive through which we started this organization is learning and sharing our experiences. Every member of this organization believes that the more we share our knowledge, the more we learn.

We started our organization with a good number of girls who are not experts but have will power and are enthusiastic about technological fields. We started our slack group on June 7, 2020, where we are now making projects and learning many more about the IT world.

Firstly, we took the concern of every member regarding their fields of interest and created channels as per their will. We have 5 active channels in Slack cyber-security, graphics designing, WordPress, and python till now. Each of them is working with the respective channel’s projects. I and my friends from the same batch have completed phase I and phase II projects.

Similarly, new members are currently working on their phase I project. And these projects have been progressive to every girl here. I too have experienced so much fun and as well my knowledge has been progressed through this project. Phase 1 was of individual and in phase 2 there was a team project and many more phases are yet to come.

Besides getting a chance to sharpen our skills, we have got so much more than that. Throughout this project, I have got so many chances to present my views and to interact with everyone. My communication skills have also been nourished. And while doing the phase II project, I experienced how it feels to work with our teammates and I knew cooperation is the most important factor here. These skills are so much needed further in our life.

This organization motivates you to be competitive. Just thinking ‘I am a beginner. I can’t do it’ will never make you an intermediate or expert any day. You must pass through your comfort zone and let your knowledge be wider and wider. You need to stand up for yourself because until you practice yourself, you will always remain a beginner and you will never achieve your goal.

With Learn N Share, if you have any knowledge, views, or ideas, you will get many chances to present them. This organization is equal for every phase student whether some are graduated or some are 1-semester students, it doesn’t matter. The thing which matters the most is will power. If you have a true will to do something, you will achieve success for sure.

Learn N Share Organization is not specific to girls but is for every IT student. We are in the beginning phase so we have just girls as members. But in further phases, we would include boys too, as our senior member Mrs. Aarati Parajuli says “Knowledge doesn’t look upon gender”.

So, let’s work, learn, and share with Learn N Share.
