Isaloni 2017 Best Design Objects
One of the biggest yearly furniture and Interior Design Exhibition is over, time to look back and choose some of the best design objects! Ok, I am not going to waste any more time and start with the first object!
1 . Liquify by Patricia Urquiola
Green colour reminds the surface of malachite, pink looks like a marble. Because of the transparency of the glass the image seems to move!
2. Aleta for Viccarbe by Jaime Hayon
Collection of Chairs is inspired by the shape and dynamic of sharks!
3. Manta Chair by Giuseppe Viganò for Arketipo
4. Nº 11 Dining Chair — Boca Do Lobo
It has a very unusual form, made fully of bras. Also, a new technique of working with metal was used, so the forms look very liquid and futuristic.
5. Brabbu
Brabbu designs reflect an intense way of living, an urban lifestyle, telling stories from nature and the world through materials and textures. Brabbu designs and produces a diverse range of furniture, casegoods, upholstery, lighting, rugs, art and accessories that tell stories about nature and the world
6. Suspensions by LUXXU
7. KOKET Chairs
The luxury design brand KOKET’s newly released upholstery collection’s femme fatales channel designs of eras past.
Svelte lines and a feminine silhouette captures the less-is-more design of the Naomi chair. A plush upholstered seat is delicately framed by chicly lacquered mid-century modern legs stylishly capped in metal.
Try not to get handsy with the flirty and modern design of the Nahema chair. Her sweet seat and contemporary detached back are bound by a metal and lacquer frame complete with two hand details, insistently grasping at your desire.
8. Essential Home
Edith is an exclusive and unique sideboard, upholstered with a smooth pink fabric. A grey textured marble top stands out for its high-end look, while pink and gold contrast with each other, flowing through the structure of the sideboard. Gold brass legs and details make up for a bohemian look on this desirable sideboard.
Ellen is a sophisticated and graceful armchair with a white smooth fabric. Designed to perform in a matter that indulges the eye, Ellen’s sculptural back and elegant curves create a chic retro look in any interior project.
