This is a question that we’ve all asked ourselves at one time or another.
Well, I’ve put it to the test for you & whether you’re going to love the results or not, here it goes.
We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.
A Little bit of Aristotle wisdom there, nonetheless, he speaks the truth!
If we are what we repeatedly do, does that include our mornings?
Damn right it does.
Starting my mornings with a set routine of tasks has changed my perspective on life.
It has made me a more productive, loving, alive & happy man, and it will undoubtedly have the same effect on you!
Here’s my morning routine (this is not set in stone):
— Wake up at 6am
— Read a book/4–5 articles that I’ve saved
— Meditate for 10 mins
— Go out for a run in the cold(if possible)
— Eat a healthy breakfast
— Brush teeth & take care of myself
— Start working on the most important task straight after
Seems like a lot, but it isn’t. It all goes so perfectly together.
You might want to give this a go.
This is what worked for me, I can’t guarantee you’ll have the same results.
Find what works for you!
My routine might be a good starting point if you have no clue what you want your morning to look like.
Now, go out there & take control over your days by having a morning routine.
You won’t regret it!
