Userfeed and Ad Reform friends, family, partners, customers: Happy holidays and happy new year from our team to yours! As this year of 2018 comes to a close, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate and thank everyone for whatever part you may play in our journey.

With your help, here are a just a few things we’ve accomplished over the past year:

  • Launched a new product/business (Userfeed)
  • Grew revenue by 500%
  • Became profitable while still paying ourselves salaries (We’re bootstrapped)
  • Grew our team to three and had some great interns
  • Customers located in 27 countries
  • Moved into Calendly’s office in midtown Atlanta (Thanks Calendly team!)
  • Completed our first customer testimonials for both Ad Reform and Userfeed
  • Received amazing feedback from customers, including quotes like these:

  • Completed 50+ new features for our customers including a new product for Ad Reform (landing page testing) and Userfeed integrations with large platforms such as Intercom, Github, and Jira.
  • Ten’s of thousands of screenshots generated and hundreds of thousands of ads.txt files tested on the Ad Reform platform
  • 15k users gave valuable product feedback to our customers via Userfeed, and 20k Intercom conversations were linked to that feedback for additional context (released 7 months ago)!
  • Went live with 30 blog post across both our publications (Learning how to SaaS and Learning how to ad)

As we head in to 2019, we’re super excited about our product roadmap and the company we’re building. We’ll no doubt face some bumps in the road, but we’re excited to continue the journey with our amazing team, mentors and customers… Raising a toast to the new years, Userfeed style 🍾:
