New beginnings

I’m already in my third quarter as a PhD student, all the other first year students in my lab have submitted papers, am I falling behind this soon?

Maybe.

However, I am moving forward in research, and learning what most interests me. I learn something new everyday, both academically and about myself.

This blog is my way of keeping track of the things I’ve done. I will write summaries of papers that I have read, discuss topics related to research that I find interesting, and maybe share projects of mine from https://github.com/albalaka. Or maybe just discuss my experiences as a graduate student.

Regardless of what this blog turns into, I will keep it updated. #BlogThursdays
