Creating apps using AppInventor
“I don’t know how to program” is not a valid excuse to not develop an App anymore.
App Inventor is a project developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to make it easier for who has no experience with programming languages to go from nothing into a working mobile App in just few minutes.
For all those who would like to participate in the Apps4Gaps challenge but have few or no idea on how to start the development of an App, we will be delivering a set o how to articles in the next couple of days. We hope it will be useful as a first step into this world of App development.
“Apps4Gaps is an international competition aimed at encouraging young people to provide concepts and create applications utilising Open Data freely available.” — See more at: http://apps4gaps.ie
