In Summer 2012 GPI Holding charged us with a mission of spreading the word about their new property insurance policy Comfort. We were happy to let our imagination roam free to make the horrors of not insuring the property alive. We produced a few traumatic video shorts about a hypothetical cute house featuring a lot of uninvited guests.

The Facebook app That Awkward Moment When… asked the user to plant a pretty flower by a cute house only to unleash a motley crew of pop culture references — furious alien parking officers, vicious barbarians, late Yuri Gagarin, King Kong in heat, just an ordinary voracious Thunderbird, and a few other fellows were out there to annihilate user’s comfort. The following videos (which played on random) could give you a taste for the disasters.

Even after seeing these, around 527 policy applications were filed inside the app, marking the record rise in sales for two week period.
