Company offsite 2022
Ledger Investing offsite took place in Boca Raton, Florida in May 2022.
While Ledger is fully remote during most of the year, offsites are the one event that bring everyone together in person. Teams are craving connections that are more significant than back-to-back Zoom calls. We have existing relationships that need to be re-established and fortified and new connections that need nurturing. Around remote work, we can get creative and adopt virtual team-building escape rooms or actual gaming sessions. It is a great way to intentionally and impactfully bring teams together. However, there is no equivalent to getting together in real life.
