Introduction to Commons-based Peer Production (CBPP) mini-course
The Introduction to Commons-based Peer Production (CBPP) mini-course slidedeck is now publicly avilabale on Speakerdeck.
The Introduction to CBPP mini-course is an introductory slidedeck to CBPP, a mode of production that has arisen with the emergence of information communication technologies (ICT) such as the Internet and made popular with projects like Wikipedia.
Peer Accounting License (PAL) Public Draft
The public draft of the PAL (Version 0.5) is now available for comment and suggestions.
The PAL is an update to the Peer Production License (PPL), a copyleft license for ensuring that copyrighted materials can only be used by cooperatives, individuals, and other worker-owned enterprises.
The PAL updates the PPL by incorporating some ideas from Liberal Radicalism such as the Harberger Tax method and Open Value Accounting and Contribution Tracking ideas from the P2P/Commons movement (especially Sensorica).
