👉 Hyundai Card and Jang Beom-jun block the source of ticket scalping with NFT tickets

According to Maeil Business News, Hyundai Card is collaborating with singer Jang Beom-jun and MODERN LION to introduce performances utilizing “NFT (Non-Fungible Token) tickets” as a means to prevent ticket scalping at the source.

On the 24th, Hyundai Card announced that they will be hosting Jang Beom-jun’s concert starting from the 7th of next month. All tickets for the performance will be issued as NFT (Non-Fungible Token) tickets.

Ticket scalping is also prohibited. It goes without saying that the use of programs like ‘macros’ (programs automating repetitive tasks), often employed for the illicit sale of tickets, is strictly forbidden.

In a recently organized concert, Jang Beom-jun took proactive measures to address the issue of ticket scalping, as illicit transactions became rampant. He cancelled all tickets that were sold and adopted a lottery system to resell them, actively tackling the problem of ticket scalping.
