Believe it or not, but there was a big law firm in Miami, Florida who between 2010 and 2015 enjoyed a 0% win rate — yes, that’s correct — not 10% or even 1% but a zero % win rate.

This contrasts remarkable with another firm achieving a 93.5% win rate.

I know which firm I’d be choosing if I were based in Miami or at least, the firm with a non existent win culture, sure better have an impressive sale drill to convert anyone with their hands on the Premonition data.
