Drugs Misuse Amendment Regulation (№2) 2018

The Director-General, David Mackie has advised QLS of the Drugs Misuse Amendment Regulation (№2) 2018 which amends the Drugs Misuse Regulation 1987 to insert 27 new precursor chemicals as controlled substances in schedules 6 and 8A and four new equipment items capable of being used to produce illicit drugs in schedule 8B.

The Amendment Regulation will commence on 1 December 2018.
