Review of the project «Legal Clinic Database»

The Database for LC is one of the projects which may reverse educational process! How useful it could have been for us in September. When we knew nothing about writing legal consultations and other documents or advise the clients. Of course, we could have looked through all necessary information on the Internet, but millions of new things happened with us that time!So the goal of this project is clear and useful — to make life easier for young lawyers and organize better educational process.First, the quality of materials of the base. All of them shall be checked by the manager of LC, not just written by the students.Second, the process of adoption to new system of work organization shall be highly supported by the LC manager. Otherwise, students will continue not to follow recommendations, provided by the Base (e.g. how to organize judicial practice).

We have already tested the Base. It is really easy to use. And we like its style — nothing redundant. What we found the most useful things are examples of applications and the guide how to write consultations. Interesting material about how to consult clients is useful not only for LC, but also for our future career. So, even though this Base is at the very first stage of its existence, we hope it will be developing. And life of future UCU consultants and Krystina will be easier due to the Base. The team, who created the Base is making a great job. It is an example how to improve the way of studying at the university!
