Pineapple zamboni (aka “fee simple”)

I was doing some reading for property, and I found it silly that we would still call something based on a historical term when it sounds like it is just two nouns without a verb. In my mind, “fee simple” was as far from the colloquial understanding as saying “pineapple zamboni.” And that’s the story of this image.
