The inspiration for this came from a friend telling a story about someone she met in a coffee shop. The man told her that he had been involved with a case that sounded something like “Hellicopturos.” I think the case referred to was Helicopteros Nacionales de Columbia, S.A. v. Hall, 466 U.S. 408, 104 S. Ct. 1868, 80 L. Ed. 2d 404 (1984). Nevertheless, it was the inspiration for some sort of dinosaur “crossbred” with a flying propulsion pack. This is the result.
