Fixed

• Most recent version used of the app will now actually be respected.
  Before every app start was treated as new install (possibly overwriting some settings)

Changed

• [Builds Overview / Role Select Dropdown] Now correctly adds up all loaded builds (competitive + clg + champions.gg).
  Note: Favorites that are loaded on top are currently still ignored, so it might seem incorrect in some cases.
• [Builds Overview] Buttons on the colapsed Rows now are located within the row for better usability
