• Settings: On settings migration based on version, ignore same version.
  Migrations only need to be done if most recent version is below the target version, so same version can be ignored.

Changed

• Page Title is set correctly depending on View, not Overwolf window
  Previously the Overwolf Window name was used as title.
  To be able to more accurately track View specific data in analytics, now the page title is set from components as needed. This will also become useful when changing the architecture to a “fewer windows” approach.
