Annual General Meeting — Leicester LGBT Centre

That time of the year when we invite all the members of the Leicester LGBT Centre to make important decisions about the Centre has arrived once more. This year the Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, 9 November from 7pm at the Leicester LGBT Centre, 15 Wellington Street, Leicester LE1 6HH.

The agenda for this year is:

• To amend the current Memorandum and Articles of Association
• To appoint the Board of Directors
• To approve and if thought fit to adopt the accounts for the year ended 31st March 2017
• To authorise the directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors

Whether you are a member or not you are more than welcome to attend the event and share your thoughts, just bear in mind that you won’t be able to participate in the voting decision taken unless you are registered as a member prior to the AGM.
