Background of Entering the Thai Market

Korea and Thailand have maintained active cultural exchanges throughout their long history. Korean popular culture, such as K-POP and K-drama, is very popular in Thailand, and conversely, Thai traditional culture and modern art are also attracting attention in Korea. These cultural exchanges have further strengthened the friendly relationship between the two countries.

LeisureMeta uses blockchain technology to digitize these cultural exchanges and provides a platform to achieve a new form of cultural fusion. For example, Korean K-POP artists and Thai artists collaborate to create digital assets, which provides opportunities for artists and content creators from both countries to enter the global market, while also contributing to the growth of the LeisureMeta platform.

As the center of Southeast Asia, Thailand provides a strategic location for the expansion of the Leisuremeta and will become an important market that can promote digital asset convergence and economic growth through its developed tourism and entertainment industries and active cultural exchanges with Korea.

Business in Progress

On June 15th and 16th, LeisureMeta supported the fan meetup event of famous Korean idols VIVIZ and Han Seung Woo held in Bangkok, Thailand. Approximately 2,000+ people participated in the event providing fan meetup tickets for famous idols, and more participants visited LeisureMeta’s booth and participated in the event to receive special NFT airdrops from VIVIZ and Han Seung Woo, which received a lot of attention.

Future Plans

To support cultural exchange events like this, LeisureMeta plans to expand and localize its business in Thailand by hosting various local events such as the K-POP Cover Dance Competition, Gaudi ART Exhibition in collaboration with Gaudi, golf tournaments, and music events with artists from both countries.

LeisureMeta will expand LM use cases in Thailand through various K-POP related industries, such as concerts, fan meetings, exhibitions, and merchandise, and use Thailand as a base to expand our business in Southeast Asia to lead the K-culture, economy, and trends.

진행중인 사업

레저메타는 지난 6월 15일과 16일 이틀 간 태국 방콕에서 진행된 한국 유명 아이돌 VIVIZ와 Han Seung Woo의 팬 밋업 행사를 지원했습니다. 유명 아이돌의 팬 밋업 티켓을 제공하는 이벤트에는 약 2천여 명이 참여했으며, 현장에는 더 많은 참여자들이 레저메타의 부스에 방문하여 VIVIZ와 Han Seung Woo의 특별 NFT 에어드랍을 받기 위한 이벤트에 참여하는 등 현지에서 많은 주목을 받았습니다.

앞으로의 계획
