Culture
The community that makes up Factory has the goal of changing the way people work and realize ideas, this results in a CoWork space, a training academy on digital economy, and in initiatives to boost the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
In order to help with community growth, Factory is also a promoter and host of several initiatives connected to business ideas and technology. It has organized idea acceleration programs, meetups, and masterclasses with a special focus on Digital Marketing. These are unique opportunities to interact with professionals, successful brands, and learn about the strategies, and steps that make a diference in their growth.
wPods
Factory spreads over three floors, on the entrance floor we find the wPods. Here several companies start or operate their businesses. The main diference between wPods is their size: they all have the essential equipment for a company to operate.
Coworking
The 1st floor houses the coworking space, where people with different backgrounds share the same space, each one working on their own project. The Mpods are meeting rooms that everyone can use for more focused work.
Leisure Area
The -1 floor houses the common leisure and social areas. A fully equipped kitchen allows each person to prepare a meal, using the stove or microwave oven. In this area there is also a playstation and even a hammock. A place to rest and share with all the other professionals.
The Factory staff and Factoryans organize parties and events to stimulate this space.
Training Rooms
The -1 floor also houses two multi purpose rooms where training, meetups or even Yoga lessons can take place. The whole space is simple and functional, where furniture can be rearranged to serve each purpose.
