Cinnamon baked pears with crunchy nuts
Ok seriously, this is SO good. Today, while I trying to clean up my fridge before we fly to Lisbon tomorrow I noticed we had a couple of juicy and ripe pears. So, inspired by my grandma’s baked apples, I’ve decided to bake these with a sprinkle of coconut sugar & cinnamon. Not much, just enough to make them caramelize. After 20min at 180Cº, I removed them and sprinkled some crushed walnuts and almonds and GOD, this really tastes like a fancy desert!
