Last week on AI is a weekly recap of the most significant #ai news from past week, curated by the team at Leniolabs_

Stability AI keeps surprising us with new toys. Stable Audio is free to try for generations up to 45 seconds, but you will have to get a pro subscription if you want to give your creations commercial use.

Not too long ago, OpenAI, Meta, and Google signed an accord with the White House on AI safety. Now, a group of other companies, such as Nvidia and IBM, are joining.

All this AI craze got me imagining a future where AI would generate new life-saving drugs or new spaceship-generation material. It had to start somewhere. Coca-Cola is using generative AI to create a limited-edition flavor.

As if LLama 2 wasn’t enough, there are rumors for Meta’s next Model. Apparently, they are setting the bar on catching up to GPT4. The only thing I care about is that they will keep it open. Let’s hope so.

Alphabet’s (Google) has given a small group of companies access to an early version of its conversational artificial intelligence software model: Gemini.
