Harry Potter X Lenskart Collection — A Design Journey

We’ve had the privilege of working on some truly unique projects, but the Harry Potter X Lenskart collection holds a special place our heart. This masterclass was not just about creating a campaign; it was about crafting an experience that would transport fans into the magical world of Harry Potter. Here’s a glimpse into the process and the passion that went into making this collection come to life.

A Box of Magic: The journey begin with the packaging

Perfecting the packaging for the Harry Potter collection was nothing short of magic. It took us six months of relentless ideation, design, and execution to get every detail just right. But when it all came together, it was more than just packaging; it was a story waiting to be unveiled.

We envisioned the unboxing experience as a narrated sequence, where every element revealed a new layer of magic. It begins with a mini mystical book cover, adorned with spells and intricate house detailing. As you open the tray, you’re greeted with magic wand details along the sides, leading you to discover house crest stickers. The final reveal is a rustic chest, our leather case, with Harry Potter glasses engraved — each step designed to heighten the anticipation and delight of #DiscoverTheGlasses.

A Cinematic Campaign Design Experience

When it came to designing the campaign, we wanted it to feel like a movie promotion. From the in-store posters to the special displays and online communications, every element was crafted to reflect the grandeur and excitement of a Harry Potter franchise promotion.

The product was treated as the star of the show, and every detail of its “performance” was showcased with pride. We captured the true essence of a Harry Potter promotional extravaganza, ensuring that fans would feel the same excitement as they would for a new film release.

From custom animations that brought the wizarding world to life to seamless navigation and enchanting design elements, every digital touchpoint was crafted to engage and delight. Making it not just a campaign, but a full-fledged digital adventure.

The Movie: A Magical Journey

Imagine stepping into a store that feels like it’s straight out of the Harry Potter world — a place where witches and muggles alike are welcome. As you enter, you’re greeted by a magical, mystic box containing Harry Potter glasses, floating in the air with Nimbus 2000 details. The scene transitions seamlessly into a vinie formation, showcasing the elegant Hermione glasses, before closing with all the house glasses displayed on beautifully crafted pillars inspired by the Hogwarts houses.

Every detail in the video, from the smallest sticker on the store facade to the intricate carvings on the house pillars, was meticulously crafted from scratch. This wasn’t just a product showcase; it was a journey into the heart of the wizarding world.

Store Display: Bringing Hogwarts to Life

To bring the campaign to life, we created a store display that felt like it was pulled straight from the campaign film. The house pillars, flags, and material textures were all designed to make the corner of the store look like a piece of Hogwarts. Our goal was to create an immersive experience, where every fan could feel the magic as soon as they walked into the store.

The Harry Potter X Lenskart collection is more than just eyewear; it’s a magical experience that we’ve poured our hearts into. Every element, from the packaging to the store display, was designed to capture the essence of the wizarding world and bring a touch of that magic into the lives of our customers.
