What is our tech stack?

Even though we deliver soft skill training, we love tech! Our mobile app and digital communication with our clients are key to our product. Therefore, we need new hands-on engineers who can help us build and improve our beautiful learning product from backend to frontend. Currently, we are all about standardization, integration, and automation to make the journey of our users even more enjoyable and the day of our Operations team much easier.

You will be part of a team of developers to solve challenges, answer the requests of your colleagues and contribute with new ideas on how to improve our tech product.

We deliver learning experiences to thousands of learners around the globe and for that, we build and maintain an App with Flutter. If our learners already use platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams, no worries! We are also delivering our content and interactions there.

For our back-office applications, the framework of choice is React.js. Javascript is already cool, but we add typescript awesomeness on top of it to make it even better.

Our REST APIs are node.js powered, using nest.js, and hosted on AWS. The default way of deploying is a docker container to Fargate clusters. There are many integrations with other systems and also many background jobs where we use scheduled Fargate tasks with a lot of messaging.

Our database of choice is PostgreSQL. We are talking about optimizations, read-replicas, AWS Aurora, and lots of improvements in partnership with our Data Team.

Our AI & Machine Learning team builds incredible AI interactive experiences for our Learners. They use Python, OpenAI, Databricks, and other cool stuff.

We are architecting our systems to scale. Expect lots of whiteboarding sessions, deep thinking, and complex puzzles to solve. We need awesome developers like you who care about code quality, tdd, and teamwork above sole heroes.
