Yes, you can bring your best friend to the office at Lepaya
Lepaya is a great place for awesome people and their dogs too. We do understand how hard is to leave them alone at home so you are allowed to share their cuteness with the rest of the Lepayans too :)
Here are the rules:
Dog policy
We have conducted an enquete to get feedback on how we feel about allowing pets in the office. From this, we learned that 85% of the employees are okay with allowing dogs to be in the office, and 15% prefer not to have dogs in the office.
We want to kick off our new policy to meet both sides, as below:
- We will allow pets in the office twice per week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. This way the people who do not feel comfortable being around dogs, can avoid being in the office at this time.
Owner’s responsibility
Pet owners should clean up after their pets and take responsibility for them. They’re solely responsible for their pet’s behavior and well-being. They should supervise their pets in the workplace or know their location at all times. More specifically, they should make sure their animal doesn’t:
- In general wander around, i.e. keep them around yourself
- Wander in prohibited places (meeting/training rooms, toilets etc.)
- Endanger themselves or others
- Damage company or employee property
- Disturb colleagues (e.g. create a mess, loud noises, barking constantly, climbing on or against desks)
